Christmas Eve Celebration

Every Christmas Eve, we spend at Anthony's parent's house with his brother and his family, just the 9 of us. Anthony's Italian tradition celebrates Christmas Eve with a feast of the seven fishes. I am not a huge seafood person, nor are our nieces, so I made Eggplant Parmigiana a family favorite. Anthony, his parents, brother, and sister-in-law loved all the seafood, especially the king crab legs. They were huge! All the food was great, and it was a special night; we always have so much fun with our nieces, they are at such great ages, and we loved shopping for them this year. Luckily that they loved all the gifts, we got them. We stayed pretty late, but we were lucky to be only 15-20 minutes away, so we got home in no time to finish preparing for Christmas day at my parent's house.
