Date day

Anthony was off for a week, and I feel like we didn’t get to spend much time together, he was busy cleaning up the garage, doing a spring cleanup in the yard, and helping my parents move some furniture and hang a new mirror and lights in their bathroom. He brought the dogs to the vet; his vacation went so quickly with everything on his to-do list.

We decided to have a date day on Sunday, our first stop was our local library so I could get a new library card. We have a very old town with a lot of history and the library is one of the oldest libraries around here, the building is beautiful. We then took a drive out East on Long Island. The east end of long island is so beautiful, there are so many farms, wineries, and cute villages. We decided to head to East Hampton, and we walked through the town. We found a small café and grabbed lunch it was so delicious, it was the best greek salad with chicken that I ever had. We ended the day with some ice cream from an old soda shop. There are so many places to explore on Long Island, and we can't wait to plan more adventures soon.
