Happy St. Patrick's Day

Anthony and I both have a little Irish heritage, and we always celebrate St. Patrick's Day with my family. Tomorrow we will celebrate at my parent's house. However, I'm not a huge fan of corned beef, but I will still enjoy the celebration and seeing my family. Anthony always makes chicken cutlets for me and most of our nieces and nephew, who also don't like corned beef, and I will make some desserts. We hope that we have a little one to bring to the celebration! We always have lots of laughs, which I need before leaving for a work trip. Next week I head to Florida to attend a trade show. I have had a few crazy weeks leading up to the show, but seeing everything finally come together is so rewarding.
