Olympics

When I was young the Olympics were a huge part of my life. . . Crazy since they were on every few years. We would watch the games as a family, and we would all be cheering for the athletes! I was allowed to stay up later than usual to watch some of the competitions. I looked forward to watching the games and I used to dream about being in the Olympics. My dream now is to attend the Olympics one day. 

I love that the Olympics brings all the countries together for competition and peace.  I love cheering on the athletes!  There is nothing better than seeing an athlete from any country achieve his/her goals after working their whole lives for one moment of competition. My eyes well up with emotion just watching. I can't wait to share my love for the Olympic games with our future child.
