Play ball!

It's baseball season and Anthony started coaching his team last week. He is the head coach of the boys’ varsity baseball team at the school where he teaches. Anthony has been coaching the team for 11 years and although he doesn't like to brag his teams have won 4 city championships and his team has made it to the playoffs every year - no pressure this year. haha! This will be the team's toughest year to date, the players have not played in two years because of covid, and the team has a lot of younger players. Anthony loves being on the field and helping the kids learn. The students at his school have a lot of team spirit and they always have fun whether they win or lose. Anthony has a special bond with his baseball players, he is still in contact with some from his first year of coaching 11 years ago. He is so happy to have made such an impact on his players' lives.
