Play Ball

It’s baseball season, and Marie’s dad is a big-time NY Mets fan. He gets a package of tickets every year with his work buddies. Unfortunately, one of his friends could not attend, so I took the train from work to meet him at the stadium. Even though I’m a Yankee fan, I enjoy going to all baseball games. 

It was a lovely night for a game, and the weather was perfect. We ate some snacks and watched the game from their seats near the third base. Unfortunately, the Mets lost the game, but we had a great time together – his work buddies are fun, and we had a great time joking around. Looking forward to going with them again.
