Christmas Wish

​Our Christmas wish is to become parents through adoption. 
 
We went to our village's holiday event and Christmas tree lighting on Sunday. There are many activities for kids, like a petting zoo and meeting Santa, and we hope to bring our little one next year. ​We walked through our favorite stores,​ including the chocolate shop, where we got hot chocolates and bought hot chocolate bombs for the house. The sunset was incredible, and it was a magical evening, and it ended with the Christmas tree lighting. 
 
​After the tree lighting, we went to get our Christmas tree. For the past ​9 years, we have been going to the same tree stand to get our Christmas tree. It's a family-owned business from Vermont. It usually takes me some time to pick out the perfect tree. ​We dream of taking our future child to pick the Christmas tree with us.​ We both love the look and smell of a real Christmas tree. It's a tradition we both have loved since we were kids. When we got home, Anthony set the tree up in the stand. We plan to add the lights and decorate it this week.
