Working with a view

It’s been a super busy week. I have been working hard on projects for my company’s upcoming conference at the end of the month. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel now that all my major projects are completed. Anthony has been doing things around the house, like giving my home office and the entryway a fresh coat of paint. I love freshly painted walls. He also painted another piece of furniture. This piece is for his parents' family room. Anthony was able to repurpose an old end table they had, and it came out great. Next time we are at their house, we will have to take a photo. He always forgets to take photos of his projects - He should take before and after photos. 

We planned to go to the lakehouse today but decided to come yesterday. We stopped at a local restaurant, picked up dinner, and ate it overlooking the lake, and it was a beautiful sunset. We took the dogs for a long walk and relaxed the rest of the evening; the pups are so happy they love it here at the lakehouse. I will be working some of the day, but I don't mind when I have this view, and we are super excited about the fun weekend we will have.
